AJF Grants Program - Final Report & Acquittal Form

This acquittal report is due within 30 days of the project completion.  Please ensure you complete all sections and requirements of the acquittal form and seek prior approval from the AJF Secretariat if your report is going to be late. 

Photographs of the project must be sent to the AJF Secretariat in digital format for possible further use by the AJF.  Photographs can be emailed to Foundation.AJFCanberra@dfat.gov.au or mailed on a disc to the Australia-Japan Foundation Secretariat, RG Casey Bldg, John McEwen Cres, Barton, ACT, 0221, Australia.
